Senior Product Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team.
You will play a pivotal role in driving the development of enterprise applications, particularly in the legal domain, and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle. This role requires a deep understanding of transactional workflow applications, platform development, and API integration, as well as exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
About the Role
In this role as the Senior Product Manager you will:

Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven enterprise applications, with a focus on the legal domain.

Lead development of new products, enhancements to existing products, and product commercialization.

Assess market opportunities for products in assigned area(s) through research and analysis of internal and external data sources.

Collaborate with other business units on cross-functional projects as needed.

Manage day-to-day customer engagement including responding to user queries and investigating/resolving reported problems.

Develop strong understanding of customers’ needs and workflows by engaging directly with them or through interviews and surveys.

Prepare required documentation for product management including requirements documents, functional specifications, test plans, release notes, and user guides.

Identify and communicate risks relating to project delivery with mitigation strategies where appropriate.

Contribute to the overall strategy execution of the organization.

Actively participate in group problem solving activities and use of collaborative tools.

Effectively manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Apply analytical solutions to complex issues using standard procedures and methods; take ownership of work and make decisions.

Work closely with other departments such as sales, support, and finance to ensure operational efficiency.

Build effective working relationships internally and externally at all levels.
About you
You’re a fit for the role of Senior Product manager, if you have the following required qualifications:

Experience:: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI-driven applications and enterprise software. Proven track record of delivering production-ready AI projects. Experience in the legal domain or with legal applications is highly desirable.

Technical Skills: Good knowledge of workflow applications and process automation. Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and AI agents.

Soft Skills: Exceptional collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., ADO (Azure DevOps server, Office 365 apps). Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices.
