About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, your mission is to strengthen our position as the leading Data Training platform for enterprise customers. You'll lead the improvement of our enterprise software, ensuring it exceeds customer needs. We value leadership, strategic thinking, excellent writing, and creating excitement for our customers. You'll deeply understand user challenges and opportunities, turning them into actionable product strategies to enhance satisfaction and keep us ahead of competitors.

This role is based in our dedicated tech hub in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 2 days in the office per week.

Your Day to Day

  • Focus on making our solutions the best in the market.

  • Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers to grow success in the enterprise segment.

  • Address field issues by working closely with customers and representing their needs internally.

  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve current products, develop new ones, and prioritize work based on customer impact.

  • Work with sales engineers, salespeople, solutions, and support teams.

  • Translate product priorities into design and engineering sprint execution.

About You

  • 5+ years of product management experience.

  • Strong background in B2B enterprise software.

  • Excellent communicator who inspires confidence and enthusiasm among customers and teams.

  • Strategic leader who motivates teams to follow a vision without getting lost in the minutiae of product management.

  • Some engineering experience, allowing you to problem-solve in the field and understand the technical aspects of our product suite.

  • Skilled in strategic planning and execution, with a keen ability to see the bigger picture and drive initiatives that align with the company's long-term goals.

Labelbox strives to ensure pay parity across the organization and discuss compensation transparently.  The expected annual base salary range for United States-based candidates is below. This range is not inclusive of any potential equity packages or additional benefits. Exact compensation varies based on a variety of factors, including skills and competencies, experience, and geographical location.

Annual base salary range

$180,000$210,000 USD
