About the Position

As a Senior Product Manager at CentML, you will be at the forefront of transforming how organizations develop and deploy machine learning models. In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of cutting-edge products designed to optimize AI systems, making them more efficient, accessible, and cost-effective.


You’ll collaborate closely with a world-class team of engineers, researchers, and industry experts to bring innovative solutions to market, bridging the gap between technical innovation and customer value. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in AI and ML systems, a passion for delivering enterprise-grade solutions, and a proven ability to drive impactful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis, user research, and market trend assessments to identify opportunities and define product priorities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the bridge between engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams, ensuring alignment and successful product delivery.
  • Requirements Gathering: Define product requirements and user stories, collaborating with technical teams to ensure feasibility and scalability.
  • Product Development Oversight: Drive the product development process, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and alignment with defined objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs to assess product performance, iterating based on data-driven insights.
  • Customer Advocacy: Engage directly with customers and partners to gather feedback, refine features, and ensure products deliver value.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Work with marketing and sales teams to develop effective launch strategies, positioning, and messaging.
  • Enterprise Product Packaging: Define and execute strategies for packaging AI optimization products tailored to enterprise clients, ensuring scalability, ease of adoption, and alignment with enterprise requirements.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the tech or ML/AI industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing complex, enterprise products to market and driving growth.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level requirements, including integrations, scalability, and security.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to think strategically about product and business opportunities, with a focus on delivering value to users and achieving business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure product success.
