HR Technology has evolved into a vibrant ecosystem of integrated products across partners to solve meaningful problems for organizations and their employees. This role is at the intersection of driving ZayZoon’s integration into the HR Tech ecosystem so the world can realize the benefits of our products. This role will work with partners to drive best in class integrations that meet the needs of integrations both today and in the future while driving productization of how we deliver these integrations at scale.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working cross functionally, provide clarity of integrations definition, driving best practices of integration, effective integrations that drive business objectives and follow through monitoring impacts of integrations
  • Prioritize and plan and backlog of integration work based on opportunity size and strategic alignment, including new payroll integrations, payroll migrations, point-of-sale and time-tracking integrations
  • Raise the bar on integration standards across the board, including both technical aspects as well as breadth/depth of integration to increase stickinessIdentify and implement systems to maintain highly robust data connectivity with key platform partners
  • Work with internal and external product and engineering teams to scope out new integration builds, and guide external teams on their build, using API documentation and sandbox product access together with the Solutions Engineer and Technical Project
  • Manager develop and maintain integration guidelines for partner and employer persona
  • Drive enhanced integrations that unlock valuable feature-functionality foundations for other pods

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU NEED TO BE SOMEONE WHO:

  • Is business oriented, understanding the nature of partnerships and the impact potential for ZayZoon
  • Develops trusting relationships with senior product and technical leaders of partners demonstrated through many years of being embedded in the B2B SaaS sales process
  • Collaborates with other product pods and teams to enhance the partner experience and shorten time-to-value
  • Can effectively work with Sales, Success, Project Management and Technical team members toward a common goal
  • Can manage and communicate change internally, and to adapt to changing timelines as priorities adjust based on new/changing opportunities
  • Has a knack for identify critical path dependencies early, anticipate blockers and manage them proactively
  • Ability to navigate API documentation and guide API development with an external team

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 5+ years in a Product Management role or similar in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience working in an Agile Product Lifecycle Management including managing a roadmap, prioritization of work, and day-to-day management of a development POD
  • Computer savvy self starter with an ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Experience collaborating and working cross functionally
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in Fintech or HR Tech (payroll, payments, banking, etc)

Candidates must be located in Canada to be considered.

We are organized as a remote team, as such we are looking for candidates who can work effectively remotely. You must have access to a secure high speed internet connection and a secure workspace to ensure security of private information. This role is available on a permanently remote basis.


Please be aware that as part of our final hiring process, we will conduct reference calls with previous managers and possibly other individuals. Additionally, due to the nature of our business, a criminal record check and a basic security clearance will also be required.
