Global Trading Solutions (GTS) partners with Global Markets businesses to execute on a multi-year technology and middle office strategy and is driving rationalization and modernization of the technology landscape to increase operational efficiencies and improve customer experience while maintaining current on evolving regulatory and compliance needs.

Within GTS, the Core Platform Product Management (CPPM) group is dedicated to product solutions that span Global Markets lines of business, technical operations on core platform components, and the delivery of scalable, reusable capabilities. The team is comprised of Product Managers, Delivery Managers, Business Analysts, and technology partners working closely across engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.

The CPPM group is seeking a Reporting & Reconciliation Manager to lead the delivery of two foundational products built on the GMTC (Global Markets Transaction Capture) platform: a reconciliation product built from the ground up and a reporting tool built on top of GMTC. This role combines people management, hands-on product ownership, and delivery accountability and is best suited for a build-from-scratch product leader motivated by ownership, impact, and growth rather than maintaining fully mature products.

Responsibilities of the Job:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of the GMTC reconciliation product and reporting tool, from discovery through execution.
  • Write clear product specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria to translate business needs into development work.
  • Define core functionality, use cases, and UI workflows supporting both technology-driven and business-driven reconciliations.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, including a clearly defined near-term and longer-term vision.
  • Partner closely with development teams while allowing flexibility in technical design and implementation.
  • Manage team staffing and financial planning activities, including hiring and interview execution, budget forecasting, and employee performance reviews.
  • Manage a small product team, initially with one dedicated resource per product, providing coaching, feedback, and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with business users, operations teams, and management to align stakeholders around priorities and delivery.
  • Communicate progress, trade-offs, risks, and roadmap updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

Success Metrics:

  • Adoption of the reconciliation and reporting products by business, operations, and technology users.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction with product usability, functionality, and delivery.
  • A defined and actively underway foundation for a new reconciliation tool.
  • A report center with a new UI delivered and supported by a clear roadmap.

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing at least a small team with accountability for delivery and outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience building products from early-stage.
  • Strong hands-on product management skills, including documentation and workflow definition.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and creating structure where none exists.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work across technology, business, and operations.

Additional Information:

This role is not intended for candidates seeking to work solely on fully mature products. It requires a high degree of ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and a willingness to be hands-on in building new capabilities while leading a team.
