About Cerebras

Cerebras has developed a radically new chip and system to dramatically accelerate deep learning applications. Our system runs training and inference workloads orders of magnitude faster than contemporary machines, fundamentally changing the way ML researchers work and pursue AI innovation.

We are innovating at every level of the stack – from chip, to microcode, to power delivery and cooling, to new algorithms and network architectures at the cutting edge of ML research. Our fully-integrated system delivers unprecedented performance because it is built from the ground up for deep learning workloads.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager for our Cloud Console, you will own the strategy and execution for the Cerebras Console, our administrative web application for inference-as-a-service and training-as-a-service products -- analogous to products like AWS Management Console and Google Cloud Console. This product sits at the heart of the Cerebras Cloud offering, allowing organizations to maximize the value they get from the world’s fastest inference service. You will be responsible for defining and delivering a seamless and intuitive experience for administrators and devops leaders to review, manage, and monitor Cerebras resources. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud platform management, user experience, and a passion for building robust web applications.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap for the Cerebras Console, aligning with overall business objectives and user needs.
  • Conduct user research to understand administrator and user workflows, pain points, and requirements; translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and prioritize features based on impact and feasibility.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements for service management, billing and invoicing, logging and monitoring, and related functionality.
  • Communicate product updates and roadmap to stakeholders across Cerebras and customer organizations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a cloud computing or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platform management concepts and best practices.
  • Experience building administrative web applications or similar tools.
  • Excellent user experience (UX) sensibilities and a passion for creating intuitive interfaces.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience with large language models or other AI/ML technologies.
  • Experience with privacy, security, and compliance best practices in cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise billing and invoicing systems.
