Who we are:

Centah is a SaaS company, that helps home improvement businesses manage lead intake, routing, and conversion through a configurable platform at the center of their operations.

We’re at a pivotal moment. After years of building custom solutions for a small number of large clients, we’re now evolving into a scalable, market-wide SaaS platform. This transition is intentional and comes with real opportunity. You won’t be maintaining a mature product, you’ll be helping shape what it becomes.

The work here is hands-on and high-impact, with real ownership and visibility across the business. You’ll collaborate closely with different teams, contribute to key decisions, and see the direct impact of your work.

We’re looking for people who are excited to build, take ownership, and play a meaningful role in what Centah becomes next.

About the role:

As the Senior Product Manager at Centah, your goal is to drive the development and success of our products. In this pivotal role, you will lead cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and users while driving business growth.

Reporting to the Director of Product, you will define and communicate a clear product feature vision and roadmap aligned with our business objectives, staying ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities. Acting as the voice of the customer, you will foster a culture of innovation and ensure our products meet real market needs. This role requires strong product judgment, cross-functional leadership, and deep domain expertise in the home services industry.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive the product roadmap for your specific domain, expertly balancing near-term feature delivery with long-term platform scalability.
  • Communicate clearly with senior leaders, presenting insights, tradeoffs, and recommendations that inform strategy and drive company objectives.
  • Act as the ultimate voice of the customer by applying a curious, problem-first mindset to deeply explore root pain points before collaborating on solutions.
  • Champion projects from ideation to launch, meticulously defining requirements, finding the edge cases, and owning the final delivery and results.
  • Lead development teams in an Agile environment through continuous delivery, organizing estimations, refining scope, and making smart trade-offs to meet deadlines.
  • Prioritize product features based on market demand, strategic goals, and robust risk assessment to maximize business impact.
  • Monitor product performance metrics after release, making data-driven decisions to iterate and continuously improve the product.

Requirements

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, technical project/program management or software development delivery.
  • Direct experience building out complex web/SaaS/enterprise platforms.
  • Proven ability to thrive in both the strategic and tactical, building a broad vision for a product area while flawlessly executing the plan.
  • Exceptional written communication and story-telling skills.
  • Strong detail orientation with a meticulous approach to developing requirements and identifying edge cases.
  • Experience championing projects from start to finish, communicating the value to both internal and external stakeholders, mitigating risk and owning the delivery/results.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a self-managed leader who can take ownership of a large scope while remaining highly collaborative with cross-functional pods and technical experts.
  • Expertise with common software development tooling like Jira and Figma.

Benefits

Winner of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures for two consecutive years. We offer more than just the basics, take advantage of:
