Hi there! Thanks for stopping by 👋

Are you actively looking for a new opportunity? Or just checking the market? Well… you might just be in the right place!

We are looking to fill a Staff Product Manager role within our NuOrder (B2B) Product & Technology group to help implement the strategy and build great products that will shape the wholesale buying industry. We need someone that is highly motivated, creative, and not afraid to push past the status-quo to help merchants and brands buy better. This is a highly technical role for someone who is comfortable bridging platforms and datasets together to create customer value that spans across products.

If you’re looking to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment that impacts a large global customer base - this role is for you! The Senior Product Manager is responsible for overall team product direction and strategy and will involve frequent collaboration with customers and internal teams to help shape priorities and build the roadmap. This dynamic position requires the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal teams and stakeholders, be productive and adaptable in the face of evolving business priorities, and able to take responsibility and ownership in coming up with solutions for our customer pain points.

If you are a dedicated problem-solver and are ready to make a huge impact on an international scale, we would love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Crafting feature and scope definitions that balance customer, business and implementation perspectives
  • Constantly prioritizing the team’s backlog of work
  • Creating easily understood product delivery plans and requirements in collaboration with technical and design team members
  • Driving implementation and execution of the team’s roadmap
  • Gathering insights from our existing customer base, internal stakeholders, and market trends to help shape product direction
  • Contributing and evaluating new product concepts for consideration in future roadmap plans
  • Collaborating with Go-to-Market teams to coordinate successful product launches
  • Defining and reporting on product success
  • Clearly communicating the value delivery to different audiences, adjusting level of detail and messaging as needed
  • Building trusted relationship and stakeholder management, both internally and externally
  • Becoming the Product SME for the product offerings you own

What you need to bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or a similar field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product development or similar roles
  • Proficiency in leading and managing cross-team projects and goals
  • Expertise in product management and Agile/Scrum product development life cycles, as well as building and delivering high-quality software on time
  • Ability to lead client discovery, solutioning and alignment conversations
  • Understanding of product strategy development and roadmapping tools
  • Experience with market research tools and techniques

Even better if you have:

  • Understanding of SMB or enterprise wholesale between merchants and brands/suppliers
  • Retail and eCommerce industry experience
  • Ability to create and execute product strategies and strategic vision

We know that people are more than what’s on their CV. If you’re unsure that you have the right profile for the role... hit the ‘Apply’ button and give it a try!
