The Senior Product Manager will define and drive strategy for Generative AI solutions targeted at enterprise clients. Responsibilities include translating AI capabilities into product requirements, overseeing testing and validation, engaging with clients for AI refinement, conducting market research, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to define, build, and drive the strategy for our enterprise clients in Generative AI solutions. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing AI-driven products, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that transform business operations. Your ability to bridge technical AI capabilities with customer needs will be key to driving success. The best candidate will have a bias for action and bring a positive energy to the team to drive successful outcomes.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Product Execution
- Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into intuitive product requirements and user stories.
- Oversee testing & validation to ensure AI features meet quality and performance standards.
- Coordinates implementation activities across a broad range of functions and departments
- Understands and identifies cross-functional dependencies and able to mitigate risks
- Customer Insight
- Engage with clients' customers to refine AI solutions based on feedback.
- Optimize user journeys by partnering with marketing and sales for AI-driven engagement.
- Drive AI personalization & automation, leveraging NLP, sentiment analysis, and recommendation engines.
- Product Strategy
- Define & execute AI product strategy aligned with our client’s objectives.
- Lead market research & competitive analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Develop business cases for new AI-driven product initiatives.
- Influencing People
- Works with client stakeholders to ensure the realization of business outcomes in working solutions
- Engage with clients' customers to refine AI solutions based on feedback.
- Build strong relationships with client and internal team members to deliver success
- Comfortable challenging assumptions
- Has a collaborative sprit and is a team player
Preferred Qualifications
- BS/BA in relevant program, or equivalent work experience
- 5 - 7 years of product manager experience
- Must be resourceful, with the ability to find solutions where they are not obvious
- Generative AI product strategy and prototyping
- AI/ML frameworks (LLMs, RAG, NLP, Sentiment Analysis)
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-powered recommendation engines
- Strong foundation with multiple AI product tools (Pendo, Figma/Adobe, Lucidchart, others )
- Data-driven decision-making and user experience design principles
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Telecom, MarTech and/or STEM background (preferred but not required)
- Digital agency experience is a plus
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
