What you’ll be doing
Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences, from initial concept through polished execution.
Build on our existing design foundations by refining patterns, improving consistency, and contributing to the evolution of our design system.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross functional partners to shape problem definitions, explore solutions, and ship polished outcomes.
Translate user insights, data, and feedback into clear interaction models and elegant visual solutions.
Produce high quality deliverables including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final production assets with strong attention to detail.
Continuously iterate on shipped work using customer feedback and product metrics to drive measurable improvements.
What we’re looking for
6+ years of professional design experience in a fast-paced environment, with a portfolio that demonstrates your best work.
Thrive in an environment where you have autonomy to execute and take initiative, especially in a fast-paced startup.
Deep understanding of design systems and a strong sense of visual and interaction design craft.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Entrepreneurial spirit, as you'll be joining on the ground floor and building the business
Eligible to work in Canada
