Lead design of AI-driven, enterprise revenue workflows across pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance. Own product vision, design end-to-end user journeys, partner with engineering and Customer Success, iterate on AI automation for correctness, trust, and scalability, and engage directly with customers to validate and ship production-ready experiences.
About Us
Suger helps B2B software companies sell through cloud marketplaces like AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, Alibaba, and Snowflake - now one of the fastest-growing enterprise sales channels.
Marketplace sales are operationally complex: pricing, contracting, billing, revenue recognition, and compliance all intersect across multiple cloud providers. Suger removes this complexity with an API-first revenue platform that powers quote-to-cash and marketplace workflows at scale.
Launched in 2022, Suger works with over 250 B2B customers, from large enterprises like Snowflake and Intel to fast-growing startups like Glean and Vanta. We’re a Series A company backed by Threshold VC, Craft Ventures, Intel Capital, and Y Combinator.
We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead design for critical parts of Suger’s platform, with a focus on AI-driven automation in revenue operations.
In this role, you’ll design how customers interact with complex enterprise workflows across pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance - areas where correctness, trust, and explainability matter as much as speed. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and GTM teams (and directly with customers) to turn messy operational realities into intuitive, scalable product experiences.
This role is ideal for a Product Designer who:
• Enjoys owning ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces and bringing clarity through design
• Is excited by complex systems, platform products, and enterprise UX
• Wants to shape how AI is used in real customer workflows (not just prototypes), including human-in-the-loop design
• Can move from strategy to details—defining interaction patterns, microcopy, and visual hierarchy with craft
• Is comfortable working closely with senior engineers and enterprise customers to design and deliver thoughtful, high-quality product experiences
We work in a hybrid work model, with 4 days per week in the Downtown office.
In this role, you will
- Design end-to-end user journeys for AI-powered workflows and continuously iterate on the user experience. You’ll balance customer impact, system reliability, and engineering complexity when making product decisions.
- Work closely with Customer Success to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback on how customers interact with AI-driven features. You’ll occasionally support onboarding or troubleshooting to deeply understand real-world user behavior, edge cases, and trust concerns around automation.
- Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for intelligent systems that automate and optimize pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance workflows.
- Design AI-driven automation experiences that balance speed with trust, transparency, and control.
- Partner closely with engineering to test, validate, and ship AI-enabled products, ensuring correctness, transparency, and reliability in production environments.
We're seeking someone with experience including:
- 4+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, from problem discovery and prototyping to production deployment, iteration, and monitoring - including products with complex backend or data dependencies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, customer-facing teams, and leadership to align on goals and execution.
- Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to uncover underlying problems and opportunities, even when existing workflows appear to be functioning well.
- Familiarity with APIs, data models, or technical product surfaces (you don’t need to code, but you can speak the language)
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, sales operations, billing systems, or cloud marketplaces is a strong plus.
- Experience working on AI-powered products, automation, APIs, or data-intensive systems is a strong plus.
