We are seeking a Senior Product Designer who is comfortable working in complex environments, thinks in systems, and takes pride in delivering high quality, thoughtful design. This is a remote/home-based role based anywhere in Canada, offering the opportunity to shape mission critical enterprise experiences used in real world, high stakes situations.

If you enjoy bringing clarity to ambiguity, influencing product direction, and raising the design standard across teams, we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead end to end design for sophisticated enterprise SaaS workflows across web and mobile
  • Shape experiences from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Translate complex operational needs into intuitive, scalable solutions
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define problems, outcomes, and technical constraints
  • Facilitate workshops that transform ambiguity into actionable direction
  • Present compelling narratives that explain the what, why, and how behind your work
  • Conduct and synthesize research including interviews, workflow analysis, competitive reviews, and usability testing
  • Create clear information architecture, interaction models, flows, wireframes, high fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes
  • Contribute to and evolve a component driven design system in Figma
  • Ensure accessibility, consistency, and high quality implementation in partnership with Engineering
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Dovetail, and Figma Make to accelerate research, ideation, and prototyping
  • Apply thoughtful judgment around privacy, security, and ethical considerations
  • Adapt as AI continues to reshape product design practices
  • Lead critiques and collaborative problem solving with a low ego, team first mindset
  • Raise the bar for visual quality, usability, and systems thinking
  • Balance speed and excellence across multiple initiatives

What You'll Bring:

  • 6+ years of product design experience, ideally in complex enterprise SaaS environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma including components, Auto Layout, and prototyping
  • Practical, hands on use of AI tools in your daily design workflow
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end to end ownership, systems thinking, and measurable business or user impact
  • Confidence navigating ambiguous, high complexity initiatives
  • A high ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive more than one product area
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of usability, interaction design, visual craft, accessibility, and design systems
  • Collaborative, direct, and low ego working style

Bonus to have

  • Experience designing for operational, safety critical, or high stakes environments such as incident management, emergency response, or situational awareness platforms
  • Experience scaling and governing a design system
  • Understanding of front end implementation constraints and strong engineering partnership
  • Experience designing AI infused product experiences such as assistants, automation, or data driven personalization
  • Knowledge of Human Computer Interaction and Human AI Interaction principles including trust and responsible design
