Role Description

The Dropbox Growth team is seeking a Senior Product Designer to create systems and experiences that measurably improve the lifecycle of our 700M+ global users. 

You’ll join a team dedicated to craft and the creative teams that rely on Dropbox every day. Your mission will involve delivering impactful UX and visual improvements that elevate feature adoption, utilization, and retention for key functionalities most valued by our customers.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers to transform business challenges and product hypotheses into tangible, quantifiable, and solvable customer problems. You’ll be empowered to design effective solutions and deliver elegant user experiences through close partnership with cross-functional peers. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Engineers to bring these solutions to life, ensuring a seamless and high-quality execution.

Responsibilities
  • Translate complex concepts and requirements into intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences.
  • Develop and iterate on wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and user flows.
  • Launch experiments with a focus on customer and business impact. Incorporate learnings into future work.
  • Actively participate in regular design team critiques pursuing the highest standards of aesthetic and interaction quality.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in a Product Design role.
  • Exceptional craft and attention to detail in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping.
  • Expertise in prototyping tools to showcase complex features and web flows.
  • Customer obsession with extensive experience leveraging UX research for foundational insights and iterative design.
  • Ability to measure impact through both quantitative metrics and qualitative insights.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with partners including designers, researchers, PMs, data scientists, and engineers.
  • Ownership mindset with a proactive approach to independently driving projects and teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience delivering work across the full customer lifecycle from acquisition through retention and churn.
  • Experience balancing incremental improvements, visionary goals, and step-change enhancements of a mature product.
  • Experience creating or contributing to design systems.
Compensation
Ireland Pay Range
€107.000€143.000 EUR
