Who You Are

You’re an experienced product designer who thrives on solving complex problems. You excel at turning research and data into elegant, user-centered solutions. You love sweating the details, from interaction design and UX flows to UI polish, and you enjoy working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring great ideas to life.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and work independently on end-to-end design execution on key product initiatives—from discovery to delivery under the supervision of our Head of Product.
  • Create intuitive, high-quality experiences across web and mobile platforms, using Figma and other design tools.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define user needs, brainstorm solutions, and ship high-impact features.
  • Conduct user research to validate ideas and refine designs.
  • Contribute to Thanx’s design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Communicate design decisions clearly—whether through presentations, specs, or discussions with developers.
  • Partner with Marketing to create assets that support product launches and brand storytelling.
  • Support the Sales and Customer Success teams with product mockups and merchant-specific customizations.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio of work across UX, UI, and interaction design.
  • Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and user research methodologies.
  • A strong grasp of design systems and information architecture.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.

Bonus

  • Prior experience in restaurant technology or loyalty
  • Prior experience working in B2C and B2B SaaS
  • Prior experience designing complex and/or enterprise-level software
