The opportunity

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll get to:

  • Design the end-to-end campaign and marketing experiences that enable restaurants to increase visibility, influence demand, and drive bookings — from campaign creation and targeting, to performance insights, optimization, and billing.
  • Shape the systems within a B2B2C ecosystem — building tools that empower restaurants to market effectively while preserving a trusted, high-quality diner experience.
  • Partner closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and cross-functional stakeholders across both Restaurant and Diner surfaces to deliver scalable, measurable solutions.
  • Translate complex marketplace dynamics — ranking, availability, pricing signals, incentive structures, and personalization logic — into intuitive, self-serve experiences that increase adoption and performance.
  • Champion design decisions that balance restaurant ROI, diner value, and long-term platform health — thinking beyond features to systems and incentives.
  • Lead research and discovery with restaurant operators and internal stakeholders to uncover unmet needs, validate hypotheses, and inform strategy.
  • Raise the bar for craft, clarity, and systems thinking within a high-impact monetization domain.

Your skills and experience

You enjoy solving complex design challenges and have strong visual and interaction design skills. You have an exceptional portfolio that showcases a breadth of product design work. You also have:

  • Experience designing for B2B2C experiences or a proven track record of solving highly complex workflows.
  • Experience leading and facilitating workshops with cross-functional partners.
  • Led end-to-end user research initiatives, including planning, facilitating, and synthesis to translate findings into intuitive, evidence-based design solutions that directly address user pain points.
  • The ability to manage time effectively and can self-direct to deliver against agreed-upon commitments.
  • Strong visual and interaction skills.
  • The ability to negotiate, prioritize, and break down design work into measurable outcomes while advocating for the user.
  • Incorporated AI into workflows to improve and speed up the design process and outcomes.
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to learn from others.
  • An appetite and appreciation for feedback from stakeholders and peers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and can clearly articulate design decisions.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools.
