We are looking for Procurement Sr. Contract Manager to innovate, win, and grow with us in Portsmouth, NHMust be located within a commutable distance to our Portsmouth, NH office.

As a member of the Procurement team you will engage in a wide variety of supplier functions in a rapid paced technology environment, with a particular focus on support of the Company’s purchasing agreements.  The ideal candidate will be highly experienced and capable of handling complex assignments with minimal supervision. How you’ll contribute:

  • Negotiating commercial agreements and statements of work including but not limited to software licensing (inbound and outbound), Professional services, marketing, consultant/contractor, reseller and other technology agreements;
  • Experience working independently and dealing directly with suppliers, internal stakeholders, partners and other third parties;
  • Working closely with Procurement’s strategic sourcing function, Company’s business units, primarily on legal issues relating to supplier agreements and SOW’s, supplier performance including SLA’s, notices of termination, notice to cure and other supplier non-performance issues
  • Will be responsible for managing key strategic supplier relationships as it relates to ongoing performance management
  • Organize Procurement contracts including impending expirations, auto-renewal risk and other key dates within our contract repository system.
  • Supporting the Company’s growth and success and delighting our customers in every interaction.

What will make you successful:

  • Familiarity with “Software as a Service” (SaaS) is preferred; and
  • Experience managing through a matrixed environment, strong stakeholder and supplier management is critical including negotiating commercial terms with attorneys and other professionals
  • Experience managing the administrative aspects of contract storage is preferred;
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision is required
  • Experience managing direct reports
  • Knowledge of other procurement areas, including third party risk management, SRM, and supplier contract law.
  • Seven to Ten years of experience working with commercial agreements
  • Bachelor Degree in business, legal or similar field, paralegal certificate or similar work experience with a SaaS company a plus.
