We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to support our M&M business.
How will you contribute to the team?
- Act as Lead Process Engineer on projects or studies.
- Engage with clients to understand project requirements.
- Process scope definition and technology selection.
- Undertake trade off studies to resolve options.
- Identify, scope and manage process test work (on site or laboratory based).
- Conduct capacity analysis for existing plants.
- Select and size the equipment for projects including the development of specification sheets.
- Provide frequent training, guidance and supervision to junior colleagues.
- Develop and supervise typical engineering deliverables (process design criteria, mass and heat balances, design of process flow diagrams, P&IDs and process control logic).

Requirements:
- B.S. or M.S. in Engineering. M.S. or graduate level technical coursework preferred.
- 15 years of related experience since bachelor’s or 14 years since Master's. Typical incumbent has 20+ years of experience.
- Strong persuasive ability, technical writing and communications skills are expected at this level, proven through technical presentations, technical papers and/or participation in technical committees.
- P.E. license is required.
- Solid knowledge and experience in Gold extraction and process.
- Ability to supervise all process deliverables.
