The Senior Process Analyst coordinates end user device technology provisioning services which includes hardware (laptop, desktop, tablet, printer, ATM) and associated network configurations for all major branch projects: new branches, relocations, renovations and select tower moves across all end user device platforms. 

The Senior Process Analyst implements and supports work plan items and line of business sponsored projects processed through intake/assessment leveraging existing and augmented resourcing.

This role also supports technical activities performed by our Desktop Command Centre team as needed which includes the fulfillment of provisioning requests for end user device install, move, add, change, delete activities.

Accountabilities:

  • Manages various Branch activities in Canada and the US - Renovations, Relocations, Closures, New Branch openings
  • Works closely with Corporate Real Estate and Personal & Business Banking Change Management teams to ensure branch project activities are forecasted, managed, and completed on time and on budget
  • Works closely with technology project managers on branch and tower projects to gather requirements, provide work effort estimates, define deliverables, and project schedule. 
  • Manages and coordinates the project deliverables with various internal support teams and vendors
  • Fulfill provisioning requests for end user device install, move, add, change, delete activities, including base build, and application installation and configuration
  • Handles escalations and manages customer expectations in a professional manner
  • Identifies opportunities to simplify and eliminate complexity from existing processes
  • Utilizes various tools to perform project activities
  • Use DB2 Configuration database to gather information for branch projects
  • Ensure projects timelines and scope are on track
  • Escalate issues to team lead and management where required
  • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed

Knowledge and skill:

  • 5-7 years of work experience in IT or business environment and/or degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, math, or business.
  • Previous experience in project manager/coordinator role would be an asset
  • Knowledge of financial services industry would be an asset
  • Experience with automating an end-to-end workflow would be an asset
  • Experience using Service Now
  • Good knowledge of M365 suite of tools
  • Knowledge of Windows 11 workstation build process and associated infrastructure tools
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize multiple competing deliverables
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Proactive escalations, ability to manage stakeholder expectations in a professional manner
  • Excellent customer service skills

Salary:

$61,600.00 - $113,900.00

Pay Type:

Salaried

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
