Senior PMIS Lead

AtkinsRéalis is hiring a Senior PMIS Lead to join our growing team and work on one of the most important Canadian airport projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in transforming an airport delivery program’s PMIS by developing actionable insights to support continuous system enhancements that support continuously improving airport delivery. This position will apply overall document control, program controls, BIM, design-build management, innovation, systems integration, data, and reporting experiences with emphasis on directly managing PMIS system architecture, implementation, updates, maintenance, user support and continually enhancing application capabilities.

• This position is based at our Project Office in Mississauga, requiring the candidate to be in office Monday to Friday weekly.
• This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week.

• Lead the testing, implementation, training, and rollout phases of PMIS software implementation.
• Translate documented program delivery requirements into system configurations, software business process workflows and reporting metrics (workflows, data dictionaries, use cases, reports, dashboards etc.).
• Lead the PMIS configuration of solutions to ensure documented requirements are met.
• Lead the PMIS teams to perform numerous tasks such as project setup; user account permissions/provisions; project/account/workflow configuration changes.
• Develop supporting documentation (user guides, training materials, user acceptance test plans, etc.).
• Provide user training and technical support to stakeholders on PMIS use and interface with other program delivery system.
• Work closely with dynamic stakeholder teams to define and document as-is business processes, critical performance metrics, and program/project control requirements.
• Use critical thinking, data analytics, and business analysis techniques to examine existing business processes and to make recommendations for improvement.
• Lead and facilitate stakeholder requirements gatherings and accurately document business processes.
• Lead assimilation of airport stakeholders needs and translate them into software business requirements.
• Effectively communicate orally and in writing with all levels of an organization including senior managers and executives.
• Act as the liaison to the PMIS software vendor coordination on product updates, fit-for-purpose configuration and technical support.
• Work independently by leading the management of PMIS through dynamic and collaborative team environments.

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Business Analysis Certification such as CBPA, PMI-PBA, PMP.
• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Experience analyzing and writing business and system requirements documents.
• Experience leading large scale capital improvement construction program PMIS implementations using example platforms such as Oracle Primavera Cloud, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and others.
• Knowledge of capital improvement program management and construction contract management.
• Strong technical aptitude related to Program Controls and BIM environment and PMIS systems integration.
• 4+ years of experience in leading teams.
• Knowledgeable industry best practices and advancements in PMIS technology integration in large scale construction programs.
• Knowledge of project management accounting and financial reporting.
• Data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. Knowledge of database management and SQL queries for PMIS systems.
• MS Office including Visio and MS Project.
• Working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Excellent organizational, time management and presentation skills.

Expected compensation for this role is (between Pay Range $125,000 - $171,900 annually) (Only Applicable to Ontario). Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
