Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of a highly creative and customer-focused team responsible to oversee and influence TELUS delivery teams to align to the B2B omni channel customer experience vision as teams execute upon an integrated delivery roadmap. With support from technical and business resources, you will be the main liaison with delivery teams across channels to ensure deliverables align and interlock to the broader omni channel vision. You will run specific projects in support of this vision

Key Responsibilities

• Manage integrated delivery roadmap, project schedule, risk registrar and document control

• Manage relationships across delivery teams (primarily other PMs) - adherence to omni channel systems solutioning strategy and CX vision

• Influence delivery teams where change (scope, process, technology) is required

• Risk Management – identify and resolve areas of delivery risk, dependencies and escalations

• Manage risk action log

• Educate/Inform stakeholders and internal team members on delivery progress via regular meeting facilitation or other forms of updates

• Oversee vendor relationship management and provide PM leadership on specific OPO projects

• Provide guidance to and work closely with other PMs

Skills

• Superb communicator across all levels in a virtual setting

• High attention to detail

• Ability to influence and negotiate with others and come to a sound resolution quickly

• Agile and Waterfall PM methodology

• Able to work with ambiguity

• Strong decision making, problem solving and the ability to work independently

• Critical thinking and problem solving

Required Experience

• Delivered large scale IT projects within an enterprise organization

• 10+ years of PM experience

You will report to the Program Director
