We are looking for a Employee Engagement Specialist to join Element Fleet Management.   As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Employee Engagement Specialist you will play an integral role in driving successful initiatives and ensure timely completion of our annual Performance and Engagement processes and projects. This is a highly collaborative role interacting with HR business partners, and other members of our COE groups to design, enhance, coordinate, and execute initiatives globally. This position will be accountable for effectively organizing work related to assigned processes or initiatives, monitoring progress of each deliverable, tracking and documenting key risks and decision points, managing overall information flow and communicating effectively with key team members and partners.

A Day in the Life 

  • Participate in project design, development, and refinement of plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Support and manage components of the annual goal setting and performance management process including system configuration, implementation of new features, completion tracking, and user support.
  • Support and manage components of the employee engagement survey process including system configuration, dashboard creation, and user support.
  • Plan, execute, and manage new initiatives related to employee performance, goal setting and employee engagement.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget 
  • Develop communication materials, training programs, and resources to educate team members and leaders on performance management processes, engagement initiatives, and best practices.
  • Ensure effective communication and understanding of performance expectations and engagement strategies across key business partners.
  • Assist with developing presentations.
  • Communicate and document procedures and work processes.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across the business to align performance and engagement initiatives with organizational goals. This includes consulting with stakeholders to identify needs, gather lessons learned, and providing regular updates on project progress
  • Collect and analyze data related to employee performance and engagement to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and develop strategies to enhance performance and engagement outcomes.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Three or more years of relevant experience

Knowledge & Competencies 

  • Solid understanding of performance management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with employee engagement theories, models, and best practices.
  • Experience with performance management systems and engagement survey tools and activities.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and effectively.
  • Self-starter and demonstrated ability and willingness to learn; motivation and dedication to excellence.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; skilled collaborator.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical ability.
  • Proactive thinking with detail-oriented and creative problem-solving approach.
  • Awareness of industry trends and best practices in performance management and employee engagement. 
  • Knowledge of various performance evaluation methods, goal setting techniques, and performance improvement strategies is preferred.
  • Understanding of engagement survey design and analysis is beneficial.

The hiring base salary range for this position is $76,300 - $104,900 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
