The role

The role of the Senior Partner Manager, Venture Capital at Nebius is responsible for driving strategic partnerships with venture capital firms to expand Nebius’ presence in the startup ecosystem. Responsibilities include developing and executing a scalable startup program strategy, managing the startup application and deal pipeline, creating enablement resources and executing impactful events and campaigns. This position requires fostering long-term partnerships, leveraging market insights to guide initiatives and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure smooth execution and measurable success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Venture capital partnerships: Build and maintain strategic relationships with venture capital firms to drive Nebius’ adoption within their portfolio companies and strengthen its presence in the startup ecosystem.
  • Startup program development: Design and execute a scalable startup program, including tailored offerings, pricing models, and structured onboarding processes to support high-growth AI startups.
  • Deal pipeline management: Oversee the startup application and deal pipeline, identifying and onboarding promising startups that align with Nebius’ strategic objectives.
  • Enablement and GTM resources: Develop playbooks, case studies, and training materials to educate both startups and VCs on how to effectively leverage Nebius’ platform.
  • Event and ecosystem activations: Plan and work with community manager on executing startup-focused events, campaigns, and strategic ecosystem initiatives in collaboration with VC partners to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Market research and strategic insights: Monitor trends in the AI and VC ecosystem, leveraging insights to refine engagement strategies and enhance Nebius’ positioning.
  • Performance tracking and optimization: Track and analyze key performance metrics such as startup acquisition, activation rates, and revenue contribution to ensure measurable impact.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and solutions architect teams to align efforts, ensure seamless execution, and optimize startup adoption strategies.

We expect you to have:

  • 7-10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development or technical sales, with at least 5 years in the startup or VC ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of VC and startup ecosystem, investor business models, startup development and growth opportunities
  • Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market programs with measurable business impact.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
  • Knowledge about AI/cloud computing landscape with a strong ability to learn quickly.
  • Demonstrated sustained passion for the startup ecosystem, including consistent participation in VC/technology events and conferences.
  • Experience using CRM tools for internal communication and automation.

It would be an added bonus if you had:

  • 5-7 years working in VC firm, accelerator, as a startup founder or as an early key member of a venture-backed AI startup.
  • Established strong relationship within the global venture capital ecosystem.
  • Experience in technology partnerships or selling AI/cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI infrastructure, cloud solutions and startup needs in the AI/ML space.

Compensation

We offer competitive salaries, ranging from 150k–215k base + quarterly bonuses and equity based on your experience.
