About the Role

As our Senior Outbound Program Manager, you’ll drive our outbound strategy by shaping targeted, high-impact programs that connect with our ideal customer profile (ICP). This role is central to expanding our market presence, building and refining prospecting audiences, and setting our sales team up for success with proven outbound practices and cutting-edge AI tools.

Your Area of Focus

  • Deeply understand our ICP and continuously refine targeting to reach the right audience for our SaaS solutions
  • Develop and optimize prospecting lists and audience segments to support targeted outreach efforts
  • Partner closely with Sales and Operations teams, ensuring alignment on targeting strategies and enabling seamless handoffs that drive cohesive, well-coordinated outreach initiatives
  • Build and monitor outbound programs, regularly assessing and optimizing program performance to ensure consistent improvement and alignment with sales goals
  • Craft effective outbound cadences, leveraging your strong copywriting skills to generate high-quality engagement
  • Stay current with outbound best practices to guide end-to-end sales motions, from initial prospecting through closing
  • Integrate and leverage AI tools to streamline outreach efforts, enhance targeting precision, and drive meaningful engagement

Your Professional Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in outbound sales programs or similar roles within SMB, high-velocity SaaS sales cycle, or a related field
  • Proven ability to build and manage prospecting lists and segments effectively
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales processes and best practices, including a strong track record of optimizing the full sales funnel related to the outbound funnel
  • Exceptional written communication skills with experience creating engaging sales cadences and “writing for conversion” with specific examples/portfolio
  • Familiarity with leading AI tools and their application in outbound sales
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Sales and Operations teams to drive aligned and effective outbound strategies

Remote Pay Range

$110,000$120,000 USD
