OTT Pay is seeking a growth-oriented and data-driven Senior Operations Manager to join its PayFac division. This role focuses on increasing transaction volume and value through data insights, merchant behavior analysis, and digital growth strategies—while promptly identifying and addressing transaction declines.

How you will contribute:

  • Analyze merchant transaction patterns to identify opportunities and risks;
  • Design and execute plans to increase transaction frequency, ticket size, and retention;
  • Use data segmentation and targeted campaigns to enhance activity and LTV;
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Risk teams to optimize merchant operations;
  • Establish alert and recovery mechanisms for transaction decline trends;
  • Leverage digital marketing, CRM, and automation tools to drive engagement and growth;
  • Deliver monthly transaction growth and performance reports for management insights.

What you bring to the table:


  • Bachelor’s degree or above in FinTech, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields;
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in payment, FinTech, B2B operations, or transaction growth roles;
  • Strong understanding of PayFac operations, transaction lifecycle, and merchant behavior;
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI;
  • Experience in digital marketing, CRM, or customer success management;
  • Result-oriented with strong cross-functional collaboration and execution skills;
  • Fluent in English with strong data storytelling and reporting skills.

Nice to have:


  • Familiarity with North American payment ecosystem and merchant behavior;
  • Proven track record in payment product or transaction growth projects;
  • Experience in Python or process automation for analytics.
