Who We’re Looking For

As an Onboarding Analyst, you will be in charge of taking new Distributor Partners from contract to launch. You will work with a pod of dedicated onboarding analysts and integration developers to handle the requirements gathering and technical integration work. You will also work closely with growth managers to handle the training and Go To Market planning and with core product teams where additional platform functionality is required. You will be the main point of contact with the Distributors and their ERP partners throughout the process to their launch.

As an Onboarding Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding and documenting how a Distributor Partner runs their business, how they use their existing ERP to run their business, and how to integrate both onto the Cut+Dry platform using a set of proprietary in-house tools to make the experience as quick and efficient as possible.

In addition to the core onboarding responsibilities, you will also be involved in helping improve our automated onboarding tools and work with the Cut+Dry product teams to gather requirements for custom development required to fully onboard the Distributor.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own customer onboarding experience from contract to live
  • Coordinate with other Onboarding Analysts and developers to solve bottlenecks to smooth and accelerate the onboarding process
  • Coordinate with Growth Managers to ensure smooth Go To Market planning and training for Distributors
  • Coordinate with Product team to gather requirements for customer development needed to onboard a new Distributor Partner
  • Identify blockers and provide solutions for the onboarding process
  • Participate in evolving the roadmap and playbook for all onboarding features, managing the expectations of all stakeholders
  • Proactive and consistent outreach to stakeholders to gather feedback and prioritize development
  • Act as a product expert for the Sales & Marketing team to help close new deals and engage with existing stakeholders

Qualifications

  • +5 years of experience in product/ project management, bonus points for ERP domain experience 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and project management skills
  • Solid customer service/ success mindset and experience
  • Passion for problem solving and and ability to empathize with stakeholders’ concerns and priorities
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • BA/BS university degree preferred
  • Extra credit for prior experience in the hospitality industry
