The Crown Is Yours
As a Senior Network Engineer, you'll be an integral part of enhancing and maintaining our global network infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure connectivity for our customers. You'll leverage your expertise in traditional and cloud-based networking technologies to design, configure, monitor, and maintain our network. This role will focus on managing critical network equipment across remote data centers, as well as implementing and supporting cloud networking in AWS and GCP. Additionally, you'll contribute to network automation using Infrastructure as Code methodologies, driving operational efficiency.
What You'll Do as a Senior Network Engineer

  • Build, configure, monitor, and maintain the global network infrastructure.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new remote sites to support geographic expansion.
  • Manage and maintain networking equipment at data centers and remote sites, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Support the configuration and administration of cloud networking infrastructure in AWS and GCP.
  • Participate in automating network operations using Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
  • Troubleshoot network failures and performance issues to ensure high availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable networking solutions.


What You'll Bring

  • At least 5-7 years of hands-on experience with routing, switching, and firewalls.
  • Proficiency in deploying and supporting remote sites and data centers, with familiarity in AWS and GCP cloud networking using tools like Terraform.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience managing IPSec VPN, and BGP routing protocols, and implementing solutions with Fortinet Firewalls, Aruba Switches, and Juniper Networks.
  • Familiarity with tools like FortiManager, FortiGate Virtual Firewalls, and monitoring solutions such as DataDog.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Jira, and Agile development methodologies.

We're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 124,400.00 USD - 155,500.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
