What is the opportunity?

As a Senior Network Analyst, you will provide technical expertise and leadership needed to solve operational issues, as well as provide support with technical escalations, incidents and project management. The experienced analyst may provide recommendations and contribute to the solutions in an area of expertise including leading work streams that are part of a medium initiative.

The successful candidate will be responsible to facilitate the delivery of applications through load balancing and DNS technologies within Telecommunication and Network Services.

What you will do?

  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on DNS, CDN and F5 Load Balancers.

  • Intermediate knowledge of DNS, routing and security concepts

  • Advise appropriate design to application owners and stakeholders to onboard new application on load balancer platforms

  • Responsible for end to end change management leading to completion and resolution.

  • Lead day to day implementation and support.

  • Rotational on-call for after-hours support

What do you need to succeed?

Must have

  • University Degree in Network Engineering or a related field or Equivalent years of experience.

  • 4+ years of Industry knowledge: networking technologies and vendor products such as Infoblox, F5, Content Delivery Network.

  • Solid experience with DNS and F5 Load Balancers.

  • Basic/ Intermediate knowledge of networking (required).

Nice to have

  • ITIL v3: Foundations, Operational Support & Analysis

  • Programming language experience (ex. Python)
