We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our Design Systems team to help lead and grow our mobile design system. Join a cross-functional systems team making multi-product impact for over 2 million patients and practitioners.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, release and iterate system oriented solutions and guidelines for our internal design system for iOS and Android
  • Work as a mobile specialist internal to support key mobile projects and teams looking for guidance on mobile product
  • Build a deep understanding and care for our practitioners and patient end users, as well as our internal design and engineering users.
  • Provide critique and support to product teams as they work on mobile solutions
  • Be an active partner in creating your team’s roadmap and strategic planning
  • Champion usability and accessibility needs for our system
  • Use the power of Figma to help our design system be seamless and easy to use

What you bring to the table:

  • You have experience using and contributing to a living design system, mobile iOS design system experience is preferred
  • You enjoy writing clear guidelines and best practices for others to use
  • You have a strong history of improving software product experiences
  • You believe in the power of reusable components and practices that help shape consistent, easy to use experiences
  • You are collaborative — You enjoy jamming with other designers to share knowledge, and give feedback 
  • You are excited about the ever-changing landscape of design techniques, tools and expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on user-centered design
  • Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your design process and outcomes
  • Proficiency in robust component design in Figma
  • Experience building in design systems or other visual systems in Figma
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to balance multiple projects at once
  • Experience leading design projects
