Role Summary
Endeavour Solutions is expanding, and we're thrilled to add a Senior Microsoft Dynamics ERP Project Manager to our team. You’ll bring a fresh, dynamic approach to managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, GP, and Dynamics 365 CRM projects—from implementations to support, maintenance, custom development, and upgrades. Join our high-energy Professional Services team, working alongside an experienced project management team, and reporting to the Manager of PMO. This role offers flexibility with both remote work and in-office time at our Mississauga or Halifax location. Endeavour Solutions is known for our top-tier talent and high client satisfaction. Position Responsibilities As a Senior ERP Project Manager, you’ll oversee all phases of client projects—from budgeting and resourcing to project delivery and close-out, including financials like billing and client inquiries. Responsibilities include:

  • Client Collaboration: Partner with our consulting team to ensure client satisfaction, proper resource allocation, and timely project delivery.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Inspire and guide a team of consultants and client resources, aligning project outcomes with client goals and expectations.
  • Project Expertise: Apply your deep understanding of project scope, resource management, and risk mitigation to create value-driven solutions.
  • Business Development: Work with our Director of Business Development and Senior Marketing Manager to present and scope project management and change management capabilities to clients.
  • Opportunity Building: Identify and nurture potential project opportunities with existing clients.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Create detailed project estimates, proposals, Statements of Work, change requests, and other essential documents.

Required Skills

  • Clear, impactful communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational abilities
  • 5+ years in senior management within a professional setting
  • University degree or equivalent experience, with PMP certification
  • Proficiency in ERP project management with small teams (2-5 resources)
  • Experience in change management at executive and end-user levels
  • Strong grasp of business processes, practices, and procedures
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to deliver projects that exceed client expectations

Desired Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP or Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Background in business analysis, process reengineering, and workflow design
  • Knowledge of training methods for technology-based projects
  • Finance expertise, such as controller or accounting experience
  • Additional professional certifications (CA, MBA, etc.)

We offer a competitive starting salary and performance bonuses along with health and dental plans.

Salary & Benefits

  • The salary range for this role is between $110,000 - $130,000, depending on years of comparable experience, skill set, and the unique value you bring.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada or the United States and be available for occasional travel in Canada and the USA.
