Job Posting Description:

This is a hybrid role #LI-Hybrid

Are you a strategic, analytical, and creative thinker? Reporting to the Manager, Visual Merchandising, you will effectively be involved in all aspects of Visual Merchandising operations and the implementation process including administration, scheduling, project management and execution. You'll be instrumental in building and activating project plans, monitoring execution, measuring and reporting results. You will also ensure that all operations and executions align with the LCBO's brand strategy.

About the Role

  • Lead the planning, coordination and project management for a variety of visual merchandising initiatives and projects.
  • Develop and ensure adherence to production schedules.
  • Contribute to team project briefs, presentations, and communication materials.
  • Obtain and organize information from various cross-divisional internal and external sources.
  • Research and evaluate continuous improvement and ad hoc business initiatives.
  • Budget monitoring (expenditures and variances) and develop and maintain financial/budget management reports.
  • Provide direction and supervision to cross-divisional stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure that all project objectives are met.

About You

  • Progressive expertise in project development and implementation acquired through a combination of previous experience in a marketing, advertising, and retail environment, and/or related post-secondary education.
  • Experience with a personal computer and software applications including advanced knowledge of Office (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint) is essential.
  • Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving skills and strategic thinking are definite assets.
  • Excellent writing, editing and evaluation skills are a must.
  • Experience preparing creative briefs, budget tracking reports, and project work back schedules.
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and delegation skills to handle a large volume of projects involving multiple stakeholders and the ability to deal with conflicting demands to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactively identify challenges and take ownership of finding solutions
