As a Senior Marketing Manager at Stryker, you will develop and direct marketing programs for our legacy Acute Care, Emergency Care, and Sage divisions in Canada. You will also play a critical role in shaping the long-term talent strategy for the marketing organization, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and high performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership
- Lead the team responsible for developing and executing the product and portfolio strategy.
- Establish a long-term talent plan for the marketing organization, ensuring sustainable growth and leadership development.
- Drive a culture of excellence and innovation, ensuring high performance across all marketing initiatives.

Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Own the marketing plan, from creation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Challenge the team to employ effective segmentation, targeting, and positioning methods.
- Identify opportunities to optimize pricing strategies based on market conditions and product lifecycle.
- Establish metrics to measure the success of marketing objectives in driving customer engagement.

What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of work experience required
- 7+ years of medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred
- 4+ years of people management experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
- Demonstrated success in developing talent strategies and fostering a culture of excellence within marketing organizations.
