Simplii is transforming how millions of Canadians manage their money. The Marketing team is central to the Simplii organization. We turn complexity into clarity – collaborating across product, media, growth, operations, analytics, compliance, and risk – to craft campaigns and communications that resonate with our clients and address real human needs.  

As Senior Manager, Marketing at Simplii Financial, you will play a key role in driving business growth by supporting a high-performing team in an agile environment. Working within our agile squads, you will help drive growth across channels leveraging consumer insights and marketing best practices. Your contribution will ensure each sprint delivers actionable insights, measurable results, and continuous improvement. By collaborating with internal teams and partners, you will help deliver data-driven, impactful marketing that prioritize client needs and uphold high standards of execution.

How you’ll succeed

  • Support the team in delivering on Simplii’s quarterly marketing performance KPIs, ensuring brand and product communications are on-brand and conversion driven.
  • Lead the development of in-house digital assets and creative for specific financial products.
  • Apply agile methodologies to help accelerate campaign cycles – rapidly ideating, producing, testing, and scaling.
  • Use data and insights to inform audience targeting and channel mix, relentlessly pursuing higher ROI and customer engagement.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution and alignment to business goals.
  • Promote operational excellence by continuously improving processes, workflows, and standards for creative development, campaign management, and measurement.
  • Act as a steward of the Simplii brand, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Demonstrate a passion for understanding customers – leveraging data and insights to develop strategies that enhance interactions and foster lasting relationships.

 Who you are

  • An experienced marketer with 7+ years in marketing roles, bringing a strong perspective and a genuine enthusiasm for making a difference. You enjoy guiding and leading projects that matter.
  • A natural collaborator who brings people together and simplifies complex challenges, turning ideas into measurable success.
  • Comfortable making decisions using logic, data, and structured thinking, but also able to move forward with sound judgment when not all data is available.
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry is an asset.
