Your future team
We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Senior Marketing Lead, Multi-Channel Marketing to join our Performance Marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated multi-channel marketing programs that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across global markets. You will work closely with multiple teams (Demand Gen, Customer Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand and Product Growth) to ensure consistency and alignment across all channels.
What you'll do

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing programs that aligns with Atlassian's goals.
  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle, from brainstorming and planning to execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Partner with channel experts to improve marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, email, SEO/SEM, content, PR, and events.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey and experience.
  • Understand the customer journey across different channels and drive customer segmentation and targeting strategies to ensure personalized and relevant messaging across channels.
  • Analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, adjusting strategies to improve results.
  • Manage budgets for multi-channel marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
  • Evaluate new marketing channels, tools and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, latest technologies, and competitive landscape to improve multi-channel strategies.
  • Foster relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Report on campaign performance and insights to senior leadership, highlighting important achievements and opportunities for improvement.


Your background

  • Proven track record in developing and executing B2B SaaS multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Understanding business goals and how to create campaigns that drive these goals for specific audience segments.
  • Experience with a variety of marketing channels, including email, paid media, social media, content marketing, events, and community engagement.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and customer journey optimization tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Self-starter with strong collaboration skills and ability to multitask. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and is comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Interest in technology and the future of work.
  • Experience with project management software, documentation tools, and developer platforms.


Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $160,900 - $214,600
Zone B: $144,800 - $193,100
Zone C: $133,600 - $178,100
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
