The Role

Kyndryl Consult is the fastest growing business within the organization and instrumental to the company’s strategic growth objectives. You will play a key leadership role across multi-disciplinary teams, guiding them through complex consulting engagements and be responsible for creating and positioning strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts across the C-suite, spanning the intersection between complex Business and IT customer solutions, transformations that impact across the entire customer Eco-system.
As a Senior Market OCM Leader , you will have a pivotal role in driving profitable growth, leveraging our comprehensive capabilities to build strong client relationships, and leading your team to success. This role demands a strong presence, industry expertise, and the ability to cultivate relationships with CXO-level clients. Your leadership will be critical in fostering talent development and innovation within the organization.
This role will also be leading the overall client engagement and delivering high quality client work alongside senior client stakeholders. Working in a transaction environment which may be pre or post deal, planning post deal implementation, and ultimately supporting execution. Partners will be focused on financial impact, utilization and contribution, client impact and leadership.

As Senior Market OCM Leader, you lead and drive the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the OCM strategy and growth plans for the assigned geographic region, aligned with the organization's business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing OCM team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Identify and pursue new OCM opportunities within the region, collaborating with sales and delivery teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships within the region, proactively anticipate their needs, and deliver exceptional value.
  • Position the organization as a thought leader in OCM within the region, potentially through regional speaking engagements and publications.
  • Oversee OCM budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance for the region.
  • Drive continuous improvement in OCM processes, tools, and methodologies within the region.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop top OCM talent for the region.
  • Partner with the Global Senior OCM Offering Lead to ensure consistency and leverage best practices across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Organizational Change Management or related field 
  • 10+ years of experience in leadership roles, ideally in a global organization.
  • Extensive OCM consulting experience, ideally with a technology transformation focus (strategic and delivery) 
  • Proven leadership experience in leading high-performing OCM teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of OCM principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Ability to develop and execute long-term OCM strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong client focus and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience leading complex organizational change initiatives.
  • Understanding of global business dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Passion for innovation and a track record of driving change.
  • Strong presentation skills.

Optional Qualifications:

  • Relevant OCM certifications (e.g., Prosci, AIP, APMG).
  • Financial acumen and understanding of budgeting processes.
  • Experience in risk management.
  • Process design expertise
  • Experience with digital communication and training tools
  • Technical certifications (ITIL, Agile, etc.)
