We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Workplace Experience to build and lead this function globally. This is a modern evolution of traditional office management—blending operational excellence with employee experience, change-first thinking, and global consistency. You’ll shape how our workplaces operate today while designing what they need to become as Docebo continues to grow.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, partnering closely with People, IT, Finance, and senior leadership to create workplace experiences that are efficient, compliant, human-centered, and aligned with business goals.

Lead strategy and execution across multiple international offices.
Influence culture, connection, and employee experience at a global level.

Own and lead global workplace operations across all Docebo offices, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high standards while respecting local nuance.
Design and implement standardized workplace experience and office management practices, policies, and programs that scale with the organization.
Lead, coach, and support regional office managers, fostering accountability, development, and operational excellence across regions.
Partner closely with the People team to support onboarding experiences, in-office programming, engagement initiatives, and moments that matter across the employee lifecycle.
Oversee workplace safety, security, and regulatory compliance across regions, ensuring adherence to local health, safety, and environmental standards.
Manage global vendor relationships, contracts, and service providers, balancing quality, cost optimization, and employee experience.
Own and manage the global workplace budget, including forecasting, reporting, and identifying efficiencies aligned with business priorities.
Lead and support cross-functional initiatives such as office moves, expansions, redesigns, and new workplace programs in partnership with IT, HR, Facilities, and Finance.
Define and track KPIs for workplace operations and experience, using data and employee feedback to continuously improve.
Act as a change leader, helping teams navigate growth, transformation, and evolving ways of working.
8+ years of experience in workplace experience, office operations, facilities management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a global, multi-location leadership role.
Proven experience leading and developing teams across regions and time zones.
Strong understanding of global workplace safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Experience managing complex budgets, vendor contracts, and operational planning at scale.
A strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
High comfort with ambiguity and change—you enjoy building structure where none existed before.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
Experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology company is strongly preferred.
