We are looking for a Senior Manager, Wealth & Tax Advisory to join our team - a role where your expertise will drive meaningful outcomes and your ambition will help shape what comes next. Your role

As a Senior Manager, Wealth & Tax Advisory within our Wealth & Family Office team, you will play a central role in delivering high-impact advisory services to high-net-worth families and multigenerational clients.

You will: 

  • Provide advanced Canadian tax planning and advisory services across personal, corporate, trust, and estate contexts. 
  • Partner closely with our financial planners to design integrated wealth, tax, and estate strategies. 
  • Support Family Office clients with tax optimization, succession planning, corporate reorganizations, and intergenerational wealth transfer. 
  • Identify opportunities to enhance value through proactive planning, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and strategic insight. 
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for families with complex structures and unique needs. 
  • Compliance work mostly limited to reviewing Wealth & Family Office related clients. 
  • Mentor, coach, and lead team members, contributing to the continued growth of the Wealth & Family Office practice.

What you bring to the table 

  • CPA designation with a minimum of 8+ years of progressive Canadian tax experience. 
  • Deep technical knowledge of Canadian tax legislation, including experience advising high-net-worth individuals, and family enterprises, trusts, estates, and corporate groups.
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality advisory engagements and tax planning strategies. 
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and client relationship skills.

Where you’ll work: Toronto, ON

Job type: Permanent, Full-time

Your schedule: Monday to Friday 

Salary range: $130,000 - $170,000 per annum
