In the Talent Acquisition team we are on a journey to support SimCorp’s innovative growth strategy as we look to transform towards a XaaS company. In Talent Acquisition we are consistently looking to improve the service we deliver to our internal clients, by innovating not just in how we deliver recruitment, but also how we look to engage a diverse candidate pool.
We are looking for a manager who can lead our strategic talent acquisition agenda across our global Commercial and Professional Services business areas. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing a consistent continuous recruitment model to support SimCorp’s significant revenue opportunities whilst partnering with Commercial and Client Services leaders up to C level in SimCorp.
Your client group consists of all Commercial and Client Services leaders, with approximately an organisation size of 1800 people. You’ll be responsible for delivering more than 400 hires per year split between your team members; thus being critical for SimCorp’s growth journey.
Your Responsibilities
- As TA Manager you are responsible for guiding and supporting the Talent Acquisition Partners and you will be overall accountable for the recruitment services, processes and satisfaction within the Client Services and Commercial team.
- You’ll be the point of entry for the Senior Management Teams on the strategic talent acquisition agenda and you will be leading the dialogue with the business on developing strategies for how to accommodate the expansion plans per functional area
- You will be responsible for assigning recruiters to the different sub-level organizations also on a case-by-case basis as well as ensuring a sound balance of workload
- You will act as sparring partner for the recruiters in the team and manage capacity related bottle-necks
- You will take part in developing our employer branding efforts together with the Communication team and other stakeholders
- You pay attention to our candidates and you will collaborate on suggesting activities to ensure that the candidate experience always has high priority.
- Lastly, and importantly you will have the opportunity to apply your solid recruitment toolbox as the TA Manager to provide recruitment support herself/himself for roles on Executive and senior hiring irrespectively of which organization they belong to
- You will be reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
Your qualifications
- Solid of experience with recruitment and the FinTech industry with a preference around established Financial Services Technology Sales and technology products, Software as a Service and Technology.
- As your team and the organization you support is based across the globe, it is beneficial that you have been working in an international company in a global role
- You have an effective recruitment toolbox
- You are strong in managing many stakeholders and accommodating a broad variety of needs and an evident ability to create trust at all levels
- You consider yourself “a Master in search” and you bring vast experience into how to perform efficient search and deploy alternative ways of finding candidates
- You should hold experience from a talent acquisition leadership role, leading a team of between 7-10 Recruiters.
- You know how to go from a good idea to model that idea into a concrete and scalable concept
