At Docebo, we believe learning is the engine of business growth. Our Professional Services organization helps customers turn learning strategies into measurable outcomes. As Senior Manager, Services Sales, you will lead and scale how we position and sell implementation and consulting services—driving repeatable, outcome-focused solutions that align customer objectives with Docebo’s platform, services, and partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities;Lead the Professional Services pre-sales lifecycle, including qualification, solution design, scoping, estimation, and pricing.
Equip and coach Account Executives to use services strategically to increase deal value and drive customer outcomes.
Translate customer business objectives into scalable implementation and long-term consulting solutions leveraging internal and partner delivery models.
Ensure solutions align with time-to-value, adoption, and measurable business impact.
Lead, mentor, and develop Enterprise Services Sales Representatives; establish clear performance expectations, pipeline discipline, and forecasting rigor.
Provide executive-level deal coaching and strategic oversight for complex enterprise opportunities.
Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture.
Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services Delivery, Global Delivery, and Partner leadership to ensure seamless customer engagement.
Align services strategy across delivery models and standardize workflows between go-to-market and delivery teams.
Act as the executive bridge between customer commitments and operational delivery capabilities.
Build and optimize scalable services sales methodologies, pricing frameworks, and solution packaging strategies.
Drive consistency, quality, and innovation across services sales practices.
Shape the evolution of service offerings and delivery models.
Own services performance metrics, including attachment rates, win rates, profitability, margin performance, pipeline growth, and forecast accuracy.
Identify expansion opportunities through customer insights and market trends.
Maintain strategic partner relationships and provide regular performance reporting and recommendations to leadership.
5+ years of experience in Professional Services sales, solution consulting, or enterprise SaaS services leadership.
5+ years leading services sales or pre-sales teams.
Proven track record of driving services revenue growth and improving attach rates.
Experience with complex enterprise solutioning, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
Strong understanding of implementation delivery models and consulting methodologies.
Demonstrated success building scalable sales processes and operating frameworks.
Exceptional collaboration, communication, and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments.
Experience within LMS, HR, or enterprise learning technology ecosystems preferred.
Experience supporting global delivery or partner-led services models preferred.
Familiarity with value realization or outcome-based services methodologies preferred.
