We are seeking a highly strategic and forward-thinking analytical leader to own revenue planning, performance measurement, and predictive analytics across our global go-to-market organization.
This role will be responsible for translating corporate growth objectives into actionable revenue plans. You will serve as the primary architect for our planning cycles, building the financial and operational bridge models that connect top-line targets to execution.
You will partner closely with Finance, Revenue Leadership, and Systems to ensure our planning architecture is measurable, scalable, and predictive.
This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations.
ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Revenue Architecture
Own the end-to-end revenue planning process, including product-level targets, segment allocations, overlay strategy, quota design, and capacity modeling.
Build and maintain financial and operational bridge models that link top-line targets to execution, providing a clear narrative on how goals will be achieved.
Align planning models with the end-to-end GTM strategy, identifying potential risks and opportunities for growth.
Executive & Board-Level Analytics
Own revenue reporting across bookings, ARR, pipeline, retention, and expansion.
Develop executive dashboards and board-ready materials that clearly connect corporate goals to revenue outcomes.
Establish consistent KPIs across segments, regions, and product lines.
Revenue Inspection & Performance Insights
Enable revenue leaders to analyze performance drivers, including conversion, velocity, deal quality, segmentation, win/loss, and pricing impact.
Identify emerging trends, risks, and growth opportunities early.
Develop standardized inspection frameworks and scorecards for consistent evaluation.
Predictive & AI-Driven Analytics
Build predictive models for churn risk, expansion likelihood, and pipeline health.
Partner with Data/BI teams to integrate AI and automation for forward-looking revenue intelligence, enabling sales teams to prioritize high-impact activities.
Design scenario models to measure the impact of changes in strategy, pricing, compensation, or GTM motions.
Strategic Measurement Frameworks
Translate corporate objectives into measurable revenue KPIs.
Introduce objective-based planning frameworks, including targets, leading indicators, and performance guardrails.
Ensure measurement frameworks support cross-sell and multi-product strategies.
Data Governance & Quality
Collaborate with the Director of Revenue Operations (Systems & GTM Architecture) to ensure proper instrumentation across the customer journey.
Define data standards and documentation for revenue analytics.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor a Sr. Business Insights Analyst.
Foster a culture of curiosity, rigor, and proactive insight generation.
7+ years in Revenue Operations, Analytics, or Strategic Finance within high-growth SaaS.
Experience supporting executive leadership and board-level reporting.
Deep expertise in SaaS metrics, including ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV, pipeline coverage, velocity, ACV, and segmentation analysis.
Advanced proficiency in BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or CRMA.
Experience building predictive models using SQL, Python, R, or AI-enabled analytics platforms.
Ability to connect corporate strategy to measurable operational frameworks.
Experience in multi-product SaaS or post-acquisition integration environments preferred.
Exceptional executive communication skills.
