About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven strategist to own the Reporting & Insights pillar within our Revenue Operations function as we build a scalable, data-driven GTM engine.
Reporting to the Vice President, Revenue Operations, this role will play a critical part in translating our revenue strategy into clear, trusted, and actionable data. As we transition from manual processes to Salesforce Revenue Cloud CPQ (target go-live June 2026), you will be responsible for strengthening our reporting foundation, improving data quality, and enabling consistent, insight-driven decision-making across the business.
As we scale, our ability to operate with clarity, accuracy, and speed will depend on the strength of this foundation. This role is central to ensuring our teams trust the data, our leaders have real visibility into performance, and our decisions are grounded in insight not intuition.
You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Product and Marketing to ensure our reporting environment supports accurate forecasting, clear performance visibility, and data-driven execution, while aligning with the broader RevOps architecture and roadmap set by the VP.
Location: Remote within Canada.

- Build and maintain scalable, reliable reporting across core GTM metrics (e.g., ARR, pipeline, bookings, retention)
- Improve data quality, consistency, and governance to support a trusted single source of truth
- Lead the transition to a CPQ-driven data model, ensuring reporting requirements are clearly defined and implemented
Forecasting & Performance Visibility
- Partner with RevOps leadership and GTM teams to improve forecast inputs through better data structure, pipeline visibility, and reporting
- Develop dashboards and reporting that enable leaders to assess performance, identify gaps, and take action
- Support the evolution of forecasting models through data analysis and historical trend insights
GTM Insights & Decision Support
- Deliver actionable insights to Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to improve pipeline performance, conversion, and retention
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the customer lifecycle
- Support the development of customer health indicators and performance benchmarks in partnership with cross-functional teams
Cross-Functional Enablement
- Work closely with stakeholders across GTM and Finance to ensure reporting aligns with business and financial requirements
- Support enablement efforts by ensuring teams understand and effectively use reporting tools and dashboards
- Support and facilitate training sessions to drive adoption of new reporting tools and best practices
- Act as a key partner in translating data into clear, actionable insights for both operators and leadership
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Analytics, or FP&A within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong analytical and systems thinking: Able to work with complex datasets and translate them into clear, actionable insights
- Hands-on technical expertise: Advanced experience with Salesforce reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics)
- CPQ exposure: Experience supporting or working alongside CPQ implementations is a strong asset
- Business acumen: Strong understanding of SaaS revenue metrics, pipeline, forecasting, and performance drivers
- Executive reporting: Experience producing executive- and Board-level reporting with minimal oversight, including synthesizing insights and preparing executive summaries and talking points
- Cross-functional collaboration: Proven ability to partner effectively with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams
- Execution focus: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, balancing structure-building with hands-on delivery
- Experience implementing reporting best practices and mentoring junior team members to strengthen organizational capability
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
