As a Senior Manager, Product Marketing at Hiive, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and executing our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, ensuring our products resonate with our users and drive business growth.

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

  • Developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption for Hiive’s products.

  • Defining and refining Hiive’s messaging and positioning, ensuring alignment with user needs and market trends.

  • Leading product launches from conception to execution, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Capital Markets, and Growth teams.

  • Creating compelling user enablement materials, including product collateral, pitch decks, and case studies.

  • Partnering with the Demand Generation team to build and execute integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and adoption.

  • Conducting competitive analysis and market research to build out positioning, and GTM strategies.

  • Collaborating closely with Product Managers to influence roadmap decisions based on user insights and market trends.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or marketplace businesses.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products.

  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives.

  • Experience developing sales enablement tools and working closely with sales teams.

  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in venture capital, private equity or marketplaces.

  • Deep understanding of the startup and venture ecosystem.

  • Familiarity with data-driven marketing approaches and performance analytics.

  • Experience working with product-led growth (PLG) and enterprise sales motions
