  • Anticipate emerging issues, opportunities and interdependencies; develop options and recommendations that enable timely, well-informed decisions.
  • Manage multiple complex initiatives concurrently, adapting plans as priorities evolve while maintaining quality, pace and accountability.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner on high-impact, sensitive and time-critical priorities.
  • Develop clear, concise and executive-ready presentations, briefing notes, recommendations, communications and meeting materials.
  • Synthesize data, financial information, stakeholder perspectives and external context into compelling narratives, clear points of view and recommended paths forward.
  • Establish disciplined operating rhythms for priority work, including agendas, decision logs, action tracking, escalation and follow-through.

  • Maintain an enterprise-wide view of related initiatives, proactively connecting work to reduce duplication, strengthen sequencing and improve outcomes.
  • Take ownership of a portfolio of complex strategic initiatives with significant functional, North American or enterprise impact.

Leadership Profile

  • Provide strategic advice and decision support to executive audiences, drawing on strong business judgment and deep organizational awareness.
  • Integrate cross-functional processes and perspectives, balancing near-term delivery with medium- and longer-term objectives.
  • Influence leaders and partners across multiple levels and functions, often without formal authority.

  • Strong understanding of Marketing strategy, planning and operating models; financial-services experience is an asset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft executive-ready narratives and facilitate senior-level discussions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to structure ambiguous issues, assess trade-offs and develop practical recommendations.
