What you'll be doing

The Senior Manager, Non-Trading Market Risk is an integral member of the Liquidity and Non-Trading Market Risk team, supporting the measurement, monitoring, and management of non trading market risks. The Senior Manager, Non-Trading Market Risk will partner with teams across Treasury, Risk Management, and Technology to ensure accurate risk data, contribute to risk modeling and stress testing, and support digital enhancements for risk information delivery. Your work will help translate complex risk data into clear, actionable insights for management and stakeholders. You’ll also be involved in process improvements, regulatory compliance projects, and promoting risk awareness across the organization. This is an opportunity to build your expertise in risk analytics while collaborating with a diverse, high-performing team.

How you'll succeed

  • Risk Measurement & Analytics Support – Assist in developing and maintaining systems and processes for measuring and monitoring market and credit risks, using established methodologies and tools.

  • Risk Reporting & Communication – Prepare and deliver risk reports that summarize exposures and trends, translating complex data into clear insights for management and stakeholders.

  • Data Integrity & Process Improvement – Collaborate with Risk MIS, Treasury Middle Office, and Technology teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting, and participate in process improvement initiatives.

  • Modeling & Stress Testing – Work with Analytics and Corporate Treasury teams to support portfolio risk and stress test modeling, applying quantitative techniques and learning advanced modeling approaches.

  • Digital Risk Information Delivery – Contribute to enhancing digital platforms for timely risk information dissemination to stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Training – Engage with traders, sales, and business partners to promote risk awareness and participate in knowledge sharing sessions.

  • Limit Monitoring & Strategic Projects – Assist in designing and monitoring risk limits and support cross-functional teams on regulatory compliance initiatives such as Basel III/IV and IRRBB.

Who you are

  • You have strong analytical and quantitative skills. You bring a Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline, and 3–5 years of experience in market risk management, capital markets, or treasury functions.

  • You’re technically proficient. You have experience with risk analytics, quantitative analysis, and are familiar with risk modeling and pricing of derivatives. You’re comfortable with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and have worked with risk management systems and data visualization tools.

  • You’re an effective communicator. You can present technical concepts clearly and translate complex data into actionable insights for a variety of audiences.

  • You’re collaborative and relationship-focused. You work well with cross-functional teams and are open to new ideas, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.

  • You’re adaptable and eager to learn. You stay current with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in risk management, and seek opportunities to expand your technical and analytical skills.
