Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Marketing Transformation & Operations will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the Global Marketing Operations continuous improvement engine. This role will combine marketing technology expertise, data orchestration, process optimisation, and change leadership to drive efficiency, standardisation, and innovation across the global demand ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
Serve as a strategic process lead within the Marketing Effectiveness team, partnering with the Senior Director, Marketing Operations to define long‑range optimisation and transformation priorities
Provide thought leadership on marketing technology, data architecture, and workflow design to improve efficiency and scale and progress the wider team to a best-in-class state
Process Optimisation & Standardisation
Diagnose inefficiencies in current marketing workflows and build future‑state processes that increase velocity, quality, and global consistency
Create playbooks, frameworks, and standards that scale across markets, regions, and business units
Design governance models ensuring sustainable adherence to best practices
Automation, AI & Workflow Efficiency
Identify and drive automation opportunities (AI, workflow tools, orchestration frameworks, templates, macros, and rules‑based logic)
Evaluate and deploy new technologies or enhancements that support operational efficiency
Partner with technical experts to translate requirements into actionable project plans for internal stakeholders
Change Management & Enablement
Collaborate with the change and enablement lead to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools
Develop clear communication, training, and onboarding approaches for stakeholder groups
Monitor change maturity and effectiveness, identifying areas to reinforce or improve
Consulting & Stakeholder Management
Serve as an internal consultant to marketing and cross‑functional teams, translating operational challenges into actionable solutions
Facilitate workshops, assessments, and roadmapping exercises with business partners
Influence senior stakeholders through data‑driven storytelling and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
Extensive experience in marketing operations, martech strategy, or demand generation operations
Experience of project delivery against a maturity led framework in a complex stakeholder environment
Knowledge of marketing technology stacks, with strong experience of workflow management tools
Proven track record in process optimisation, workflow redesign, and operational scaling., ideally to include delivery of a workflow management tool
Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional workstreams and influence without authority
Experience implementing or supporting organisational change, including training and enablement
Background in consulting, transformation roles, or continuous improvement functions
Preferred
Experience with AI‑driven automation and workflow intelligence platforms
Familiarity with enterprise‑scale governance, privacy, and compliance frameworks
Success Criteria (First 12–18 months)
Clear roadmap and prioritised themes for marketing effectiveness transformation
Delivery of measurable workflow efficiency, automation, or process quality improvements
Successful partnership with project, technical, and enablement leaders across the team
Positive stakeholder feedback and demonstrable improvements in cross‑team alignment
This posting is for a backfill position, meaning it is to fill an existing vacancy within our organization.
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 112,000 - 162,000 CAD / Annual
United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 136,000 - 204,000 USD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
