As the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations & Performance at Caseware, you’ll lead and manage our global Marketing Technology stack to ensure the tools and technology used by the global Marketing team drive efficiency and continuously improve marketing processes such as, but not limited to, database health and management, lead processing, marketing automated programs, campaign execution and efficiency, project management and all aspects of marketing reporting including ongoing monitoring of KPI performance.


Your goal will be achieving and maintaining a smooth operation of our Marketing database to maintain data integrity; successfully building and managing marketing’s global reporting system; implementing new technology and systems with proper training and documentation; managing/monitoring existing systems to eliminate errors, risks and systems failures.


Your success will ensure the right tools and technology are in place, properly integrated, and used appropriately to improve marketing effectiveness and enable modern marketing at scale. We do this by activating, integrating and optimizing technology, best practices, and workflows. 


The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to balance multiple priorities and collaborate with global teams to drive operational excellence. 


❗Please note, that this role is hybrid. The successful candidate will be working from the office 3 days a week. The head office is located at 351 King St E., Toronto, Ontario.

What you'll be doing:

  • Database Management and Optimization: Build and maintain a robust database enrichment program for HubSpot, ensuring data cleanliness, segmentation, and optimization. Serve as the global HubSpot administrator, managing workflows, lead imports, and marketing data processes to enhance operational efficiency. Analyze customer and prospect data, integrating insights from product usage and organizational metrics.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and manage comprehensive reporting on database health, campaign KPIs, and marketing revenue targets. Standardize reporting processes with dashboards and templates for global teams, delivering regular updates on performance metrics across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
  • Marketing Technology Management: Oversee the global marketing tech stack, managing tool evaluation, implementation, and integration. Document processes, create training materials, and manage vendor relationships with technical partners. Ensure system performance, access, and adoption through process monitoring and optimization roadmaps.
  • Workflows, Processes, and Optimization: Streamline lead management workflows and develop scoring methodologies for leads and accounts. Facilitate accurate HubSpot utilization, including workflows, integrations, templates, and data management. Optimize and execute email programs to support marketing, sales, and product initiatives.

What you'll bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing or data science program is an asset
  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations/automation/performance reporting or related field 
  • Experience in leading technology implementation projects with large teams 
  • A strategic mindset with the capability to scale processes, workflows and business needs while maintaining standardization and a clean thoughtful approach to supporting marketing 
  • 5+ years of experience as a global administrator for Hubspot managing multiple instances, integrations and workflows. Certification in Hubspot is preferred 
  • Documented experience working with Hubspot and Salesforce integrations 
  • Experience working with 3rd party BI tools to consolidate data, and build reports and dashboards will be an asset 
  • Experience in leading projects that entail prospect journey mapping, lead flow/scoring and nurture programs
  • Deep analytical mindset and experience with the ability to integrate and analyze data across various data sources
