In the afternoon, you could be reviewing program evaluations from a recent multilingual training session, identifying areas for improvement. You might also spend time coordinating with external vendors for upcoming workshops or preparing for an international trip to facilitate a leadership program. Every day offers a mix of strategic planning, hands-on facilitation, and cross-cultural collaboration.

This Might Be for You If:

  • You are passionate about developing leaders and fostering growth in multicultural environments.

  • You excel at designing and delivering impactful learning programs that drive measurable results.

  • You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative settings and enjoy working across multiple countries and cultures.

  • You are a strong communicator and facilitator, with a knack for connecting with diverse audiences.

  • You are fluent or proficient in multiple languages and understand the nuances of delivering training in multilingual settings.

  • You’re excited about the opportunity to travel internationally and make a global impact.

To Be Considered You Must Have:

  • A bachelor’s degree or associate degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in training, organizational development, or HR, with at least 7 years focused on leadership and management program design and delivery across multiple countries.

  • Demonstrated expertise in instructional design methodologies and program evaluation.

  • A proven ability to work with culturally diverse teams in international settings.

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, logistics, and budget management.

  • Multi-lingual capabilities (preferred languages: German, Japanese, French, Italian, or Spanish).

  • Experience in facilitating leadership development programs and conducting needs assessments.

  • A willingness to travel internationally (approximately 30% annually).
