The Senior Manager, GTM Analytics & AI will lead the evolution of our Business Intelligence function into a unified Office of GTM-Ready BI & AI. This role blends revenue strategy leadership with hands-on analytics engineering, owning the analytics and AI foundations that power forecasting, pipeline execution, and go-to-market decision-making.

Mandate:

  • Build GTM-Ready Intelligence: Align advanced analytics and data models to core GTM strategies and revenue motions
  • Embed AI into Revenue Execution: Operationalize AI-driven insights across forecasting, pipeline management, and GTM workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Strategy & GTM Initiatives
  • Own end-to-end revenue analytics supporting annual revenue planning, territory design, quota setting, capacity modeling, and forecasting
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps leadership to define GTM KPIs, pipeline health metrics, and growth levers
  • Architect executive-ready dashboards and insights that drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue operating cadences
  • Provide executive visibility into performance and forecast accuracy
  • Drive transparency, predictability, and scalability in GTM measurement
  • Lead analytics for:
  • Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and revenue target setting
  • Pipeline generation, conversion, and velocity optimization
  • Expansion, retention, and cohort performance analysis
  • Translate GTM strategy into data products that influence real-time decisions, not static reporting
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to revenue leadership, proactively surfacing risks and opportunities through data and AI insights

  • Analytics Engineering & AI Execution
  • Partner with Analytics function to design and build scalable data models across CRM, marketing automation, product usage, and financial systems
  • Own the analytics engineering layer (semantic models, metrics definitions, transformations, documentation)
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and metric consistency across all GTM reporting
  • Design and deploy AI-powered capabilities and applications, including:
  • Enterprise AI Search across GTM data
  • AI-driven insights, anomaly detection, and forecasting augmentation
  • Embedded insights within revenue workflows (CRM, planning tools, dashboards)
  • Partner with Analytics to define architecture, tooling, and performance standards
  • Establish best practices for version control, testing, and analytics scalability
  • Set technical and strategic standards for analytics delivery
  • Foster a culture of ownership, business context, and outcome-driven analytics

What Success Looks Like:

  • Revenue leaders trust analytics as the single source of truth
  • Annual revenue planning is faster, more accurate, and scenario-driven
  • AI insights are embedded directly into GTM workflows, not siloed experiments
  • The Analytics function is viewed as a strategic revenue partner, not a reporting service

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in GTM analytics, RevOps analytics, BI, or data roles supporting Sales, Marketing, and Finance
  • Proven experience owning revenue planning, forecasting, and pipeline analytics
  • Strong hands-on experience with analytics engineering (SQL, data modeling, semantic layers, BI tools)
  • Experience operationalizing AI or advanced analytics within business workflows
  • Exceptional stakeholder communication skills with executive presence

Nice To Have:

  • Experience building analytics functions from early-stage or transformation phases
  • Exposure to modern data stacks (cloud warehouses, dbt, modern BI tools)
  • Experience embedding analytics into CRM or GTM platforms
