We are seeking a Senior Manager Global Procurement International Markets UK France to join our Global Procurement team, supporting our international markets organization in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will drive indirect and commercial procurement activities across the UK and France while collaborating with country stakeholders, international market leads, and global category teams. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

  • Lead procurement activities across the UK and France markets.

  • Implement global category strategies within local markets.

  • Provide country input to strengthen global category strategies.

  • Execute sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier management activities.

  • Partner with stakeholders on budgets, spend planning, and future business needs.

  • Review local contracts and analyze spend trends and patterns.

  • Drive procurement process consistency and best practices across international markets.

  • You build strong relationships and influence stakeholders to deliver results.

This role requires:

  • Experience in Indirect Procurement and/or Commercial Procurement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and progressive procurement experience.

  • Experience in procurement within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry preferred.

  • Experience leading or supporting global category teams, suppliers, and procurement processes.

  • Expertise in sourcing, negotiations, contracting, and supplier relationship management.

  • Knowledge of local market requirements and supply markets.

  • Experience using market intelligence, risk, compliance, and financial assessment tools.

  • Ability to deliver cost savings, cash flow improvements, and category value.

  • Strong data analysis and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Experience coaching procurement professionals and leading teams preferred.

  • Working knowledge of sourcing, contracting, ERP, and eRFx systems, including Oracle, Zycus, GEP, Ariba, or similar tools.

  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
