What’s In It For You

As the Senior Manager of Generative Artificial Intelligence, you will be at the forefront of shaping the next generation of agentic and automation-first AI solutions. You’ll drive innovation, pushing the boundaries of how AI:

  •  Automates complex business processes end-to-end,
  • Optimizes operational workflows for advisors and customers, and

You’ll have access to cutting-edge technologies, resources, and training opportunities, working alongside a diverse team of talented individuals to foster a culture of experimentation, automation, and scale.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a thought leader and advocate for GenAI, automation, and agentic AI, engaging senior executives and business partners.

  • Lead discovery with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities in servicing, operations, compliance, and business processes.

  • Design and develop GenAI solutions that include data ingestion, pre-processing, search and retrieval, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning and prompt engineering

  • Design and implement AI solutions that integrate process automation, orchestration layers, RPA/IPA (Intelligent Process Automation), and agentic models into enterprise workflows.

  • Prototype and scale autonomous assistants that streamline end-to-end journeys

  • Build and automate pipelines for LLMOps, ensuring continuous delivery, monitoring, evaluation, and guardrails for responsible AI.

  • Collaborate with product teams, business stakeholders, ML/AI Ops, and engineering to operationalize automation use cases that drive measurable efficiency gains.

  • Lead adoption of AI-enhanced engineering practices — from code generation to automated testing, workflow optimization, and knowledge grounding.

  • Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for governance, compliance, and process transparency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field

  • Hands-on experience with information retrieval, semantic search, and RAG pipelines.

  • Strong background in automation technologies (workflow orchestration, RPA/IPA tools, agent frameworks, or business process management).

  • Experience identifying and re-engineering manual workflows using AI and automation.

  • Knowledge of LLM development, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.

  • Familiarity with agent-based architectures or multi-agent systems (LangChain agents, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.).

  • Strong programming skills (Python, Java, TypeScript, C#).

  • Experience with cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • GitHub Copilot experience is a strong plus.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional automation or AI initiatives.
