Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager Finance, Sales & Marketing to join our team in Mississauga, ON.

This role acts as a strategic finance partner to the Sales and Marketing organization, driving financial performance, governance, and decision support across pricing, incentives, and marketing investments. Reporting to the Canadian CFO, this position also leads a team of six.

A Day in the Life:   

  • Serve as the lead finance business partner to Sales, Marketing, and related divisions, providing financial insights to support volume planning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for vehicle sales, and incentives, ensuring alignment with business plans and financial targets

  • Provide financial evaluation and ROI analysis on incentive programs, and pricing actions, including scenario modeling and “what-if” analysis

  • Drive performance reporting and KPI tracking, including volume/mix/rate analysis, net revenue monitoring, and executive-level presentations

  • Ensure strong governance and cost discipline, validating all marketing and incentive spend, and partnering with stakeholders to optimize investments and achieve cost targets

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

  • 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in finance, including FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering

  • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis

  • Advanced analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership

Desired:

  • Experience in automotive OEM, distribution, or captive finance environment

  • Strong understanding of vehicle pricing, incentives, and sales/marketing economics

  • Exposure to business planning systems and large data environments (e.g., Power BI)

  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and strategic planning processes

  • Bilingual (English/French) considered an asset

Salary Range:

$133,622.00 - $167,174.00

This compensation range represents the minimum to midpoint base salary rates at Nissan for jobs assigned to this particular grade level. Please note that an employee’s base salary may occasionally be set above the midpoint of the salary band for this grade level, in recognition of the employee’s unique skills, work experience, education, work location, or market conditions. Compensation decisions also consider internal equity and comparisons with the base salary rates of other employees with similar backgrounds working in comparable roles. Note: Bonus, benefits, and other forms of variable compensation are not included in the base-salary range shown above.
